We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new boutique in the Presidio Heights neighborhood of San Francisco and we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a good fit for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to represent a brand that champions artistry and empowerment. 


What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming, inspiring, and personalized shopping experience for every customer, building meaningful connections that go beyond transactions.

• Provide one-on-one fit and styling sessions to help clients feel confident and celebrated in our designs.

• Prepare and ship personalized online orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring every package reflects the Malia Mills spirit.

In this role, you will:

This summer, we’re inviting you to join us at Malia Mills in Bridgehampton, our beautiful store just 2.5 miles from the beach. Founded in 1993 with the mission to “Love Thy Differences,” we design and craft every piece of our collection with care, intention, and a passion for celebrating confidence and style.


This is a unique opportunity to spend the summer season in one of the most vibrant and inspiring locations, working full-time from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Housing is provided, so you can focus on connecting with our customers, soaking up the beauty of the Hamptons, and immersing yourself in the world of Malia Mills.


What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming, inspiring, and personalized shopping experience for every customer, sharing the story and mission of Malia Mills with authenticity and enthusiasm.

• Provide one-on-one fit and styling sessions to help clients feel confident and celebrated in our designs.

Paid Internships + Internships for School Credit in our New York City Studio


If you are a student who is motivated by on-the-job learning and want to get involved with the A to Z of an entrepreneurial company we'd love to chat more about our internship programs.


Throughout the year we have positions available for two student interns, 5 days per week, in our New York City studio. As an intern you will work with both our studio and stores teams. Your day might include quality control, tagging and distributing merchandise from our studio to our stores; organizing tech packs, samples, fabrics and notions to launch the production of a new style; collecting imagery and writing copy for newsletters, organizing samples before, during and after a photoshoot; hand cutting samples; brainstorming and implementing social media ideas; uploading new products to our website... and a ton more.


Compensation is $16 per hour or school credit.
